ABL’s brief was clear from the get-go: “Build a site that communicates who we are in a way we’ve never seen.”

Challenge accepted.

We made the brain the hero, serving it up in an interactive, colorful and layered build. Then, we developed a icon system that supplied each of their three audiences with an identity. We also introduced a minimalistic menu that works beautifully across all devices and keeps users’ eyes on the prize.

ABL also challenged us to launch the site before their first major event – no small task. We threw all hands on deck, carefully building a back-end that simplifies site management while still going live with time to spare.

The creative license to build something unique was exhilarating. Now, months since launch, we’ve seen visitors hooked from the onset and immersed in the pages that follow.
